Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has invited applications for the posts of Rifleman (GD) in Central Paramilitary Forces (CAPFs), SSF and Assam Rifles and Sepoy (Sepoy) in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released official notification for recruitment to the posts of Rifleman (GD) in Central Para Military Forces (CAPFs), SSF and Assam Rifles and Sepoy (Sepoy) in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination. Online application

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has invited applications for the posts of Rifleman (GD) in Central Paramilitary Forces (CAPFs), SSF and Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination through online mode only. The Computer Based Examination (CBE) will be conducted by the Commission in English and Hindi only.

At the same time, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Detailed Medical Examination (DME), Review Medical Examination (RME) will be conducted by the Central Paramilitary Forces (CAPFs). The vacancies of Constable (GD) in SSF and NCB will be filled on All India basis whereas vacancies in all other CAPFs will be filled as per the available vacancies.

Age limit

According to the official notification, the age of the candidate should be between 18 to 23 years as on 01-01-2023. Whereas candidates must have been born not earlier than 02-01-2000 and not later than 01-01-2005. There is an age relaxation of 5 years for SC / ST category and 3 years for OBC category. This will be the salary

For the post of constable in NCB, the salary will be from Level-1 (Rs 18,000 to 56,900). At the same time, for all other posts, salary up to Level-3 (Rs 21,700-69,100) will be given.
